Established in 1976, Henkel Philippines, Inc. is an adhesive manufacturing plant for Automotive and Metals, Packaging and Consumer Goods, Electronics and Industrials, and Craftsmen, Construction and Professional.

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre began in 2003 to support financial operations. Now, it is an even more strategic partner providing value adding solutions with more engaged and empowered teams.

In 2017, Henkel acquired Darex Packaging Technologies, adding coatings and sealants for the F&B packaging industry. It rebranded in 2020 as Henkel Philippines Applied Technologies Inc. to a trading-focused model, leveraging its Philippine market segment more efficiently.
