Great Place To Work® recognizes organizations across three Southeast Asia regional lists: Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia, Southeast Asia’s Best Workplaces™ in Technology, and Southeast Asia’s Best Workplaces™ in Healthcare & Biopharma. Each list benchmarks organizations against regional peers, not just companies in one country.
Companies must first become Great Place To Work-Certified™ by surveying employees through the Trust Index™ and completing the Culture Brief. Once Certified, eligible organizations are considered for relevant Best Workplaces™ lists during the qualification period.
The Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia ranks 100 companies across the region and requires at least 200 employees. The Technology and Healthcare & Biopharma lists are industry-specific, recognizing Certified organizations in those sectors across eligible Southeast Asian markets.
Eligibility depends on the list. The Fortune 100 Southeast Asia list includes Certified companies in Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The Technology and Healthcare & Biopharma lists currently recognize eligible organizations across Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Regional recognition gives organizations a stronger employer brand signal because they are benchmarked against leading workplaces across Southeast Asia, not only within one local market. For candidates, leaders and partners, it shows the organization has built a high-trust employee experience that stands up against regional competition.
