The Best Workplaces™ in the Philippines 2026 list is here, representing the voices of 450,074 employees nationwide and spanning three size categories, it’s one of the most comprehensive views of workplace culture in the country.

“The Philippines has always had an extraordinary relationship with people. We have a culture rooted in community, in bayanihan, and in the belief that everyone deserves to be valued. The Philippines today is also at an exciting inflection point, with a young, dynamic, and deeply committed workforce ready to compete on the world stage,” said Charles Plumley, General Manager of Great Place To Work Philippines.

“The organizations we recognize are proving that when trust is placed at the heart of a workplace, Filipino talent can lead. These organizations are setting the benchmark of trust and inclusion which will be the foundation of business leadership for the next generation.”

Making Moves: List Hopping From Some of The Country’s Biggest Players

Financial and Insurance services company Synchrony held the number one spot in the Large category for another year. “We are grateful to be recognized by Great Place to Work as one of the Philippines’ Best Workplaces for seven years running, which underscores our commitment to a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing environment,” said As Senior VP of HR for Asia, Gaurav Sehgal.

There were also some surprising position jumping from a few of the homegrown favourites. Last year’s number one in the Small category, Kollab, has graduated to Medium, landing at number five, which means the company didn’t just maintain its culture during a growth phase, but scaled it.

“We are super excited to be ranked among the Philippines Best Workplaces for the fourth consecutive year. Taking part in this list is a strong validation of our efforts in continuously reassessing and improving everyone’s experience in Kollab,” said CEO Herald Uy.

Carelon Global Solutions Philippines made one of the most dramatic leaps in the Large category, surging from ninth place in 2025 to third this year. VP & Chief Country Executive Nicki Agcaoili framed the ascent as mission-driven:
“Being named a Best Workplace tells the world that we are living up to our name. Carelon was built on the promise of total and complete care and that commitment shapes how we build our workplace, how we serve our partners, and how we show up for the communities around us.”

Capital One Philippines also climbed from fourth to second in the Large list, while Concentrix jumped from tenth to fifth. On the flip side, DHL Express, last year’s number one in Medium, has shifted to the Large category entirely, appearing at number ten, which suggests the logistics giant has been doing quite a bit of hiring. Hilton inherits the Medium crown, taking the top spot after placing second last year.

The Small category got a full refresh. With Kollab’s graduation, a new cohort has arrived: Interconnected Business Process Inc. takes the number one slot as a first-time entrant, and the presence of companies like BANCNET and EPL Limited signals that niche industries, from interbank networks to specialist consulting, are taking workplace culture seriously.

From BPOs to Banks: The Mix Is the Message

What stands out across all three categories is the sheer range. The Large list features everything from global financial players (Synchrony , Capital One, Visa, American Express) to a waterworks company (Balibago, holding steady at number eight) and the country’s central bank, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, appearing for the first time at number nineteen. The Medium list stretches from Hilton to hammerjack to General Motors Philippines. And the Small list includes everyone from a distribution company (Atomy) to a creative communications firm (Zero-In Concept & Production).

Evelyn Kwek, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® ASEAN & ANZ, underscored what connects the winners: “One of the distinguishing factors of Great Place To Work is that our model is built on the idea of a great place to work for all, the ideal of inclusiveness. As the Philippines builds its next-generation workforce, helping organizations scale and amplify a culture of trust, regardless of background or where people come from, is foundational.”

Fifty-five organizations, nearly a quarter of a million surveyed employees, and one consistent finding: the workplaces that treat people well are the ones people stick around for.

Your Questions, Answered

What is the Best Workplaces in the Philippines list?

The Best Workplaces in the Philippines list recognises organisations that have demonstrated strong workplace culture and a consistently positive employee experience. For 2026, Great Place To Work said the recognition covered 55 organisations across the Small, Medium, and Large categories, based on employee feedback gathered through its established workplace assessment framework.

How are companies evaluated for inclusion?

Great Place To Work states that the rankings are determined using the Trust Index Survey, which measures employee experience across core dimensions of workplace culture. The organisation says results are based entirely on employee feedback, with responses assessed for both quality and consistency across the workforce rather than on employer submissions, branding, or self-reported claims.

What do the size categories mean?

The list is divided by workforce size so organisations are assessed against similarly scaled peers. Great Place To Work’s methodology pages define Small companies as those with 30 to 99 employees, Medium companies as those with 100 to 999 employees, and Large companies as those with 1,000 or more employees.

Does certification automatically place a company on the list?

No. Great Place To Work explains that organisations first need to earn enough points to become Great Place To Work Certified, but certification alone does not guarantee placement on the Best Workplaces list. The final rankings recognise the highest-performing certified organisations based on employee survey results within each size category.

Why is employee feedback central to the methodology?

Employee feedback is central because the model is designed to measure how work is actually experienced across an organisation. Great Place To Work says responses are analysed across demographic groups and roles, helping determine whether positive culture is broadly shared. The approach aims to identify workplaces that are consistently trusted, inclusive, and equitable in practice.
