Dole Asia Company Limited – Global Shared Service Center is a regional operating headquarters (ROHQ) of DACL with its global headquarters based in Singapore. Established in October 2016, SSC was created to provide management & administrative services particularly in the area of financial and accounting processes to Dole subsidiaries.

DACL SSC provides accounting services such as Order-To-Cash, Procure-To-Pay, Records-To-Report, and Legal Entity Controllership. Furthermore, DACL SSC also assists in HR, admin services, master data maintenance, and information technology to Dole subsidiaries primarily in the area of procurement, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and information technology.
