Ericsson is my second home literally and figuratively, having been with the company for more than 2 decades. I joined Ericsson almost fresh from college. I made friends over the years who eventually became godmother to me and my wife, and godfathers to my kids. Fast forward to 2023, IÕm very happily married with 2 beautiful kids, my 13-year-old daughter, and 7-year-old son. I never missedÊa single milestone in my childrenÕs life, never missed an important family occasion. It wouldÕve been a different story had I left Ericsson for promises of higher compensation elsewhere. I am happy I didn't.
As a company, Ericsson recognizes individual expertise as much as team achievements in the fairest way possible. It promotes not just diversity, but inclusion as well.
