Our organization, Goodyear Business Services Manila is one of the three Goal Shared Services Center of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. The Shared Services organizations provide offshore back office operations for multiple organizations and countries within the global Goodyear organization.

We provide mostly Finance Operations ( Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, FP&A, General accounting, etc) IT Service delivery as well as HR , Procurement, Travel and Expense, Supply Chain among others
