Our certification as a recipient of the Great Place to Work award is a testament to our employees' wholehearted embrace of the Circle of Happiness culture in our workplaces. Our foundation in a God-centered work environment has been a powerful means of instilling and nurturing a culture of love towards our families, our work, our communities, and ourselves. This work-life model has not only shaped our daily interactions with guests and colleagues but has also created a lighthearted atmosphere, making coming to work an enjoyable experience.
