I have always appreciated how MicroSourcing gives me enough freedom to be able to do what I think is best for the team that I am leading, but with enough support to make sure that I have the resources and guidance to accomplish the goals I've set for us. Also, a lot of the other companies I worked for will say that they have work-life balance, great engagement with the employees (where MicroSourcing also rocks!), and competitive compensation and incentive packages, but I think only a few companies like MicroSourcing have the kind of employee/employer/client relationship not seen in many companies. The staff has a voice, and it is heard. A lot of the changes made by MicroSourcing for the benefit of employees came from the voice of the employee, like surveys (we are very big on surveys) and FGDs.

MicroSourcing is a great place to work because this company promotes and prioritizes its employees' work-life balance. Our team recently joined and won the event held by MS as part of the employee appreciation week, which is the "Design Your Workstation" competition. I believe this provides an opportunity for employees to showcase their talents (aside from work), destress, and get to know their colleagues better.

It is the longest company I have been associated with. This extended tenure indicates my enjoyment of working here and the valuable experiences I have gained, particularly in developing my leadership skills. I began as an administration officer, progressed to a senior role, and now hold the position of Administration Coordinator Lead.

The company has meticulously organized training sessions to assist me in understanding the responsibilities associated with each new position. Although I encountered numerous challenges during training and while performing my duties, I never felt alone or lost, as MicroSourcing assured me of their continuous support whenever needed.
