Outposter

At Outposter, we look after our people properly. Staff with six months’ tenure can access Opera, our loan assistance program, so they get financial support without the paperwork banks ask for. We also provide funeral assistance and a birthday cash gift for every team member. Being remote doesn’t mean being distant. We run weekly icebreakers with prize money and hold morning and night shift huddles to keep everyone connected. Every staff member gets a 1:1 check-in at least once a month. We celebrate together too, with a mid-year party and an early year-end celebration where we fly every staff member across the country to Manila, house them in a hotel, and cover every cost.
