Initially, I took my internship here at P&A. Back then, I was surprised that everyone in the Firm, even the Partners, helped each other whenever concerns and problems arose. Hence, I learned early on that in order to be the best, I must learn to ask for help when I am unsure of what to do.

Now that I have applied to and have become a part of the Firm once again, I am not surprised that I still see the same values practiced by the employees. I have no regrets joining P&A because here, I learn so much from everyone. At P&A, I am able to grow and go beyond my comfort zone. The culture and the people are really what set P&A apart from other audit firms. Two things strike me most. One, P&A truly listens. P&A values the opinions and suggestions of our people in improving our well-being and our work environment.
