I have always appreciated our "Alagang Unilab" programs. This is our corporate advocacy program committed to making primary healthcare accessible to communities. As an employee, this is why I can claim that "Alaga" or care isn't only shown within the organization, but it's also always extended to others in need. We also have the "Malasakit Drive" where we have the chance to work with other company volunteers to run donation drives and ensure impact among Filipino families.

Bayanihan and Husay at Malasakit is the guiding principle of each Unilab employee and has stayed the same throughout the years. As "One Unilab", we have a rich understanding of what we stand for as a company, and we articulate it to both our employees and customers. In my years of service (28 years), I was able to mature swiftly and conquer most if not all challenges given the support of my superiors and teammates. I grew both professionally and personally, and I thank the company for nurturing the talent they saw in me. I learned so much, and will continue to share those learnings and skills to others.

I consider myself fortunate to work for a company that prioritizes my professional development. Since joining Unilab, the Unilab Corporate University has provided me with numerous valuable internal and external training opportunities. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, various online channels continued to offer development opportunities. Additionally, I'm proud to work in a LEED-Certified compound. It's truly gratifying to work in an office adorned with clean and green spaces, meticulously designed to meet sustainability goals and environmental standards.
