  • This is the first-ever Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For Southeast Asia list.
  • The winners span across sectors including infrastructure, HR, and hospitality.
  • The list draws on insights from more than 550,000 employees across ten markets.

The Philippine job market right now as a seller’s market, but for talent. The economy is booming, and
more people are working than ever before. However, employers are struggling to find people with the right skills, particularly in IT‑BPM, healthcare and financial services, leaving a sizable skills-gap in critical roles.

The best talent knows its value, and employers are starting to understand they can’t rely on salary alone anymore. This week, Great Place To Work® ASEAN & ANZ announced the inaugural Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia, using over half a million confidential employee survey responses across ten different markets.

“For decades, the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For List has set the gold standard across the US and Europe for what great workplaces can look like. Now Southeast Asia has earned its place within that international standard of excellence,” said Evelyn Kwek, Managing Director of Great Place To Work ASEAN & ANZ.

“This first-ever list reflects a diverse and dynamic region that is coming into its own. These organizations have intentionally built environments where people feel trusted and supported to do their best work.”

While global heavyweights like DHL and Cisco made a strong showing across ASEAN, the list also celebrates the deep-rooted commitment of Filipino-owned organisations. Homegrown companies, including key players in property, utilities, and retail, secured spots, demonstrating that investing in people and culture is now the decisive competitive advantage.

For employees and job-seekers, the list offers a guide to which employers are genuinely getting culture right, and what that looks like on the ground.
