I've been with Beepo since 2014, and year after year, their commitment to work-life balance has never changed. When I started my own family in 2017, I knew I had to strike a deal with Beepo to allow me to work in a hybrid setup with my client's approval. Beepo listened and ensured that my client's and my needs were both met. I was still living in Bulacan back then, and having the flexibility to work hybrid gave me more time with my family and also gave me extra time to study while working as a software developer.

There's quite a lot to mention, like company culture, diversity, professional development, open communication,career progression, etc., but one of the best is the fairness and trust where the management allows people to work independently, which personally gives the impression that they believe that I can still do a great job and make good decisions without suffocating supervision. That goes both ways because, in return, I (as an employee) also feel that I can have confidence in the company that they will support and guide me in the background.
