Fig Advisory is an Australian-managed offshore staffing partner built for trade businesses. Headquartered in Sydney, with delivery teams operating from our managed office in Manila. We place dedicated full-time team members – admin, scheduling coordinators, estimators, accounts officers, and operations support – into Australian SMEs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, security, and general trades. Our staff work client local hours from a real office with on-site management, hardware provided, and full Australian account oversight.
